Yeh rule kisi ek scientific study se nahi aaya.

Actually, 1945 mein ek organization ne kaha tha – “adult ko 2.5 litre paani chahiye” but usme food se milne wala paani bhi count tha. Dheere dheere ye “8 glass extra” ban gaya.
